1.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the bdvip platform and play any form of betting or casino game, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Please note: "For persons aged 21 or older only." If your age is in doubt, bdvip may request proof of age at any time.

• Members must declare their correct age at the time of registration.
• Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

1.2 Geographic Restrictions

bdvip is an online platform that operates targeting the Bangladesh market. Using the service from countries where online gambling is legally prohibited is strictly forbidden. Each member is responsible for being aware of the laws applicable in their own country.

1.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed. If multiple members of the same household share a device or internet connection, please inform bdvip in advance.

2.1 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

At registration, members must provide their correct name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details. Providing false information may result in account closure and deposited funds may not be returned. If any information changes, members must notify the support team promptly.

2.2 Password and Login Security

Your account password must be kept confidential at all times. Do not share your login details with anyone else. bdvip will not be responsible for any financial loss resulting from third-party access. If you forget your password or suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately through the bdvip Login page.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdvip reserves the right to verify a member's identity document, proof of address, and ownership of the payment method at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

• A copy of a national identity card or passport may be required.
• Bank statements or payment screenshots will be accepted as proof.
• All information is kept secure through SSL encryption.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdvip supports the following payment methods:

• Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking.
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. No transactions below these amounts will be processed.

3.3 Transaction Security

Deposits must be made only from the member's own payment account. Transactions from third-party accounts are prohibited. If suspicious transactions are detected, bdvip may hold withdrawals pending investigation.

3.4 Cryptocurrency and Others

bdvip currently supports only the four methods listed above. Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other digital currency will not be accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bdvip offers new members a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• Bets on all games may not contribute equally toward wagering requirements.
• The deadline to complete wagering is set by bdvip and communicated in each promotion.

4.3 Preventing Bonus Abuse

Bonuses are offered for the purpose of fair play only. If an attempt is made to take advantage of bonuses through systematic or coordinated betting, bdvip reserves the right to cancel that member's bonus and close the account.

5.1 General Betting Market Rules

bdvip offers betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. The odds displayed at the time of betting will be considered final. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bdvip reserves the right to void or correct that bet.

5.2 Casino Game Rules

Slots, live casino, fishing games, and other casino games have their own rules, which are displayed within the game. The rules of each game are governed by the terms of the relevant game provider.

5.3 Bet Cancellation Conditions

A bet may be cancelled in the following cases:

• If a game or event is not completed according to the established rules.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If evidence of match-fixing or fraud is found.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Betting using bots or automated software.
• Hacking accounts or attempting to steal another person's account.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using multiple accounts to claim promotional benefits.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinated betting or collusion with other members.

6.2 Security Monitoring

bdvip monitors all transactions and betting patterns. If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be immediately suspended for investigation. This monitoring is carried out to protect the interests of all members.

7.1 Data Collection and Use

bdvip collects members' personal information solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, and identity verification. We do not sell or share member information with any third party.

9.1 Account Closure by bdvip

9.2 Account Closure by the Member

9.3 Funds in a Closed Account

10.3 Member's Own Responsibility

The member is personally responsible for complying with the applicable laws of their own country. Any financial risk associated with online gambling is borne by the member themselves.

If any significant changes are made to these terms and conditions, members will be notified via email or a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the changes will be taken as the member's acceptance of the new terms.
